Terms & Conditions.
1. Ownership and Copyright: Copyright and all reproduction rights in the photographs, as well as the ownership of digital files and the physical photographs themselves, are the property of an reserved to the Photographer, Robert Madrid Photography. Recipient acknowledges that the photographs shall be held in confidence and agrees not to copy, or modify directly or indirectly any of the photographs submitted, nor will Recipient permit any third party to do any of the foregoing. Without limitation to the foregoing, Recipient shall not tamper with or alter in any way metadata that accompanies the photographs and shall, in addition, safeguard the photographs to prevent any violation of the paragraph. Reproduction, display, sale, or rental shall be allowed only upon Photographer's, Robert Madrid Photography, written permission specifying usage and fees.
2. Artistic Style: On its own behalf, and on behalf of the subject: Client acknowledges that it is familiar with the Photographer’s portfolio and is requesting Services with knowledge of the Photographer’s style; that Photographer’s work is constantly evolving; that Photographer’s services are of unique and artistic nature; that the photos may be different from photographs taken by the Photographer in the past; and that in creating photos, the Photographer shall use his personal artistic judgement to create images consistent with his personal vision of the Event, which vision may be different from the Client’s and / or the Subject’s vision of the Event. Accordingly, Client acknowledges that the Photos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or esthetic criteria.
3. Refunds: (Prints and Albums) The client will have 3 days to see if the product has been damaged by delivery, from the date the client has received their package. Please call or email Robert Madrid Photography, if your product is damaged. If after the 3rd day the client notices any damage(s), no refunds nor changes are available.
3a. Online Payment: Once the payment has been made, there are no refunds nor can the client add more photos to the original order.
3b. If the client has selected to download a photograph, this process may take up to 1-48 hours to complete depending on demand. If the client has received the wrong photograph, you get to keep that photograph, but please contact us immediately so we can correct the order. If no correction has been made by the client within 3 business days, no change or correction will be given to the client.
